I'm Carie, a business consultant and coach who focuses on sales strategy and people development.

I grew up on Portobello Beach in Edinburgh, a seaside playground of beaches, pools, a fun fair and Arthur's Seat, which felt like pure paradise. Over the past four decades I've worked in everything from multinational firms to one-person consultancies, learning early from a sales mentor who taught me to connect emotionally and to view success as a win‑win conclusion.

When I'm not working I binge political thrillers, listen to podcasts on business and comedy, swim, and spend time with my cat Coco Chanel; I often open sessions with the bank‑robber story to remind clients to aim at the market that can pay.
