I’m Jamie-Lee a business coach for oral health professionals who want to build sustainable, values-driven businesses without losing themselves in the process.

My journey started in 2020, sitting at my grey dining table in Scarborough with spring light pouring through the window. I realised, “Hang on… I could actually do this,” and launched my first mobile dental venture. That experience (and the challenges that followed including a two-year Supreme Court battle) showed me exactly how unprepared most clinicians are for entrepreneurship, and how little real guidance our industry provides.

Today, I help oral health therapists, hygienists and dental professionals create businesses with structure, clarity, strategy and community without the overpromising, ego or fantasy-land promises that saturate the coaching world. My clients win in practical, meaningful ways: selling workshop bundles, hitting financial milestones without burning out, and building business models that honour their values and their lives.
