Brian Samson

I'm Brian, founder of Plugg Technologies and founder of Bali Staffing. I have over a decade of nearshoring experience across Latin America and have lived and worked in Argentina while building companies that serve the U.S. market.

Previously I was a department head at Lending Club during its pre-IPO period, an executive team member at Sosh, co-founder and co-CEO of True North, and a general partner at Hang10X Capital. I hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson and have led hiring teams and sourcing operations for many VC-funded tech companies. Outside of work my wife and I are licensed foster parents, we adopted a daughter from foster care, we live in Oahu with two toddlers and a Boston Terrier, and I grew up in Chicago and root for the Cubs.
