I help people find their calm in a chaotic world.
For fifteen years I’ve been walking the edges of what it means to be fully alive — across six continents, inside ceremony, inside relationship, inside the body’s oldest wisdom.
I work at the intersection of breathwork, embodiment, intimacy, and the sacred. My teachers have been Indigenous elders in South America and Africa, Rinpoches from traditional Tantra lineages in Asia, and the plants themselves — Cacao, Tobacco, and others that teach devotion and truth.
I’ve guided thousands of people through the kind of work that doesn’t fit neatly into a category: masculine and feminine dynamics, purpose, the nervous system, ceremony, and the return to wholeness.
You may know me from Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle. My book is coming. But most of what I do happens in the quiet — in the room where someone finally stops performing and starts remembering.
This is that room. You’re safe here. Come home to yourself.
