As President/CEO of Mars Contractors, Inc., she has led multi-phase construction programs exceeding $4 billion in cumulative project value, partnering with global firms such as Skanska, PCL Construction, OHL-Arellano, Siemens, Poole & Kent, and Hunt-Moss.

Brenda is also the Founder of Royal Dynastic Organics (RDO), a vertically integrated hemp and cannabis cultivation enterprise rooted in economic empowerment and agricultural innovation. Through MARS CDC, she has established federal apprenticeship training programs in construction trades, cannabis, and workforce development—impacting underserved communities in both Florida and New Jersey.

What is my biggest challenge? My biggest challenge has been navigating relationships with individuals who have concealed mental health issues. These individuals often present themselves as functioning normally until certain triggers reveal their struggles. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and the need to foster an environment where open communication is encouraged. Understanding that everyone carries unseen burdens has deepened my compassion and awareness, allowing me to approach interactions with greater sensitivity. What advice would I give to beginners? For those just starting out, my advice is to focus on learning how to mind your own business. This means developing the ability to maintain healthy boundaries while respecting the lives and choices of others. It’s crucial to cultivate self-awareness and prioritize your own growth. By doing so, you create a more fulfilling journey for yourself, allowing others the space to navigate their paths without unnecessary interference. What’s your process? In my work with individuals, I have developed a system called “Live Your Life Purpose.” This system serves as a roadmap for individuals seeking clarity and direction in their lives. It involves a series of reflective exercises that help identify core values, passions, and strengths. By guiding individuals through this process, I empower them to align their daily actions with their overarching life goals, fostering a sense of fulfillment and purpose. What’s next for you? Looking ahead, I am excited to launch myself as the Vision Surrogate. This role will involve downsizing MARS Contractors, using it as a proof of concept for my capabilities in helping others. Additionally, I plan to introduce Royal Diagnostic Organics as the fifth pillar of my personal and professional dynasty. This venture will focus on holistic health solutions, further solidifying my commitment to supporting individuals in their journey toward well-being and purpose. Who inspires you most? The person who inspires me most is the 12-year-old version of myself—a girl who possessed the courage to dream beyond her circumstances. She embodies resilience and hope, reminding me of the limitless potential within all of us.
