I'm Brandon, currently Head of Engineering at Valley after spending several years as CTO at Fishbowl, where I turned a basic email and SMS messaging tool into a full guest intelligence platform for major restaurant and hospitality brands. That platform grew to cover CRM, loyalty, rewards, Wi-Fi acquisition, and advanced segmentation. I was also part of the MHVillage team through its $43M acquisition by ELS.
