French-born, graduated in Business Administration, I began my career in food service in Nice, then Marseille, moving in 1987 to Paris with the responsibility of Accor-Sofitel Brand Development. I moved to Brazil in 1990 and I am proud to bring over 35 years of experience in Brazil, collaborating alongside the top leaders in the hospitality market. During my journey with the Accor Group, I had the honor of contributing to its strategic vision and leading a talented team on projects that positioned Brazil as the group's third-largest global market and a prime example of leadership in the sector. Since 2015, I have been leading BHC Consulting, a consultancy specializing in strategy, development, and investments in the real estate and hospitality sector. Actively participating in events and professional associations, I am constantly seeking to contribute to the industry's growth, modernization, and the dissemination of best practices that elevate the sector.
