Blake Comfort

I was raised in a real estate family, where I learned firsthand the power of long-term ownership, integrity, and treating residents like people—not numbers.

In 2008, my dad and I founded Comfort Communities with a single manufactured housing community. Today, that small beginning has grown into a multi-state portfolio of communities—and a full-fledged investment platform I now run alongside my sister, Jennifer. Together, we lead Comfort Capital, a family-owned, faith-driven real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating manufactured housing communities.

My passion lies in building communities, not just properties. I spend my time sourcing deals, structuring partnerships, and creating long-term value—for both our residents and our 350+ investors across the country.

I believe affordable housing is one of the most important investment vehicles of our time—economically, socially, and spiritually.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, dad of two, aviation enthusiast, and follower of Christ. When I’m not walking parks or negotiating deals, you’ll probably find me in the skies over San Diego in my prop plane or chasing our Aussie Shepherd, Indy.
