Blake Baumann is an internationally recognized coach specializing in helping young adults with autism and their parents navigate the path to independence. As the creator of programs like Independence Launch Program and The Independence Blueprint, Blake has empowered families across the globe with proven strategies that build trust, reduce resistance, and support long-term success. A proud parent of four neurodivergent young adults, all of whom have achieved independence, Blake combines professional expertise with personal experience. Living with autism, Blake deeply understands the challenges faced by those on the spectrum and their families, offering compassionate and actionable solutions. Currently, Blake is completing a book to empower parents with proven strategies for helping their children transition into successful, independent lives as well as building a program out for parents.
