After scaling Paramount Heating & Air to and earning a spot on the INC 5000 list, I sold the business and shifted my focus to helping other contractors do the same — only faster, smarter, and with better tools.

Today, I run ServiceTitan Hacks, a growing community of 9,500+ contractors where we share automations, AI tools, dashboards, and real-world strategies for getting the most out of ServiceTitan. I’ve built products like SmartVoice.ai, CallSaver, and CallScore to help businesses improve call performance, booking rates, and customer experience — all automatically.
