Bill Canady is a global CEO, board director, author, and executive coach who helps CEOs become great CEOs by teaching them how to fix it, grow it, and sell it. He currently serves as CEO of Arrowhead Engineered Products, a $1.5 billion global aftermarket business operating in more than 50 countries, and Chairman of OTC Industrial Technologies, a $1 billion industrial distribution platform with more than 30 operating companies. Through The 80/20 Institute, Bill trains CEOs, founders, advisors, and leadership teams using his Profitable Growth Operating System, a practical framework for improving EBITDA, simplifying complexity, and aligning strategy with execution.
