I'm Beth, Controller and Operations Manager at D & Ruth Farms, where I run both the books and the business. I combine accounting, operations, and farming into one role—managing financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and day-to-day farm operations.

I've spent 15+ years in financial reporting across manufacturing and agriculture, working in SAP environments and managing capital projects, intercompany transactions, and month-end close. I've also authored and presented agricultural policy briefs to federal stakeholders in Washington through Congressional Advisory Group participation.
