Bernadette Boas is an internationally recognized executive leadership coach, speaker, author, and host of the podcast Shedding the Corporate Bitch, dedicated to transforming driven managers and executives into powerhouse leaders. After 25+ years climbing the corporate ranks to Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer roles, Bernadette was fired — and labeled a "difficult boss" on her way out the door. That wake-up call became her life's work. As founder of Ball of Fire Coaching, she has since coached more than 400 executives across Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations, guiding them to confront the fears, ego, and outdated identities that keep talented leaders stuck, and to claim the promotions, influence, visibility, and trust they've earned.
