I'm currently the Chief of at Delphi. At Delphi we’re scaling presence, so every person’s knowledge, judgment, and perspective can be interactive, accessible, and enduring.
Here I partner with the CEO to drive strategic execution across go-to-market, product, and operations. Before Delphi, I was on the founding team at Clipbook where I led GTM, Customer Success, and RevOps.
Before building startups, I studied Law at the University of Oxford, as well as doing a Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics, and a Master of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto.

I cold-DM'd the CEO of Clipbook, worked practically for free for four months, and when I saw Delphi I knew the same instinct was pulling me somewhere bigger.
I used a Delphi clone in May 2024 to pressure-test our GTM strategy at Clipbook. When I saw what it could become, staying felt like the smaller bet.
I built the entire GTM system from nothing, then handed it off managing over half the company's headcount.
Started with no system, a rough ICP, and a couple of referrals. The work was building something repeatable: a funnel you could add fuel to and watch run faster.
I set up a new department converting 19,000 contractors to full-time employees for the national COVID vaccination push.
The scale forced me to think hard about systems, delegation, and how you move people through a process without losing them. That stuck with me.
I went from formulating a seed-stage GTM strategy to leading financial analyses for an African industrial conglomerate, all in under a year.
Two very different problems, both requiring you to start from first principles. It was a good early test of whether I could do that under pressure.
