Bailey Feldman

I'm Bailey, founder of Fount & Flourish, a women's community and coworking space in Annapolis, MD. I've built a network of 185+ women focused on well-being, run a community giving fund, and create spaces where meaningful connection actually happens. Before this, I spent four years as a senior consultant at The Clearing, leading federal agency transformation projects. Now I'm also co-founding The Effervescent Collective.
