I currently lead portfolio value creation, we partner with Susquehanna Growth Equity companies, on their terms, to accelerate growth and increase equity value. Susquehanna invests $10M to $200M in high growth software and technology-enabled companies. SGE is unlike most PE firms in that we do not raise outside capital and we have no defined investment timeline, allowing us greater flexibility to meet the needs of the entrepreneurs we partner with and the businesses they lead. Prior, I was COO of a division at SAP. At SAP, ed team driving strategy, operations, roadmap, and marketing for SAP's Industries, Finance, and Supply Chain Lines of Business (LoBs). I started my four year stint at SAP as one of five corporate strategy leads within SAP directly reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. I joined SAP from the Boston Consulting Group, where I had been promoted from consultant to principal working on a variety of growth strategy, pricing, procurement, and other projects across multiple industries. Before BCG, I was at Deloitte primarily working on go-to-market effectiveness and anti-piracy projects for large software companies. I got my start by co-founding MarchingOrder, MarchingOrder allows colleges and universities to reduce administrative load from graduation ceremonies while customizing the experience with personal student pages that display during the ceremony. I graduated from Kellogg with an MBA and UPenn with a degree from the M&T program (Comp Sci, business).
