I'm Ayush, a software engineer at OfferLaunch in San Francisco. I build AI products that sit close to the customer: a RAG-powered chatbot that lets sales teams query data in plain English, and an analytics platform that processes call transcripts in real time.

I've gone from zero to one at a healthcare AI startup, doing customer discovery and shaping product strategy. What pulls me in is the blend of writing code and thinking about the why behind it.

Outside of work, I follow European football, teach myself guitar, and chase good horror films.
