Ayrton Sudholz​

I'm Ayrton Sudholz, founder of Video Agency OS (VAOS). I coach videographers and video agency owners to build more profitable, predictable and scalable video agencies — particularly helping owners move from around $10K–$20K/month toward $50K-100k+ months and beyond.

I've spent years building video agencies myself and coaching hundreds of video agency owners. My work focuses on helping owners stop thinking like freelancers or service providers and start thinking like business owners. I teach them how to create stronger offers and retainers, generate predictable demand, improve sales, build better delivery systems, develop their team and ultimately create a business that doesn't depend entirely on them.

I'm very systems and outcome focused. I care less about tactics for the sake of tactics and more about identifying the actual bottleneck in a business, understanding the desired outcome, and building the simplest system that gets there. A big part of my coaching is helping people take ownership, think strategically, become better leaders and build businesses that create more freedom rather than just more work.
