Ayan Birimzhan

I'm Ayan, founder and CEO of Drinkit Astana. I run 16 coffee shops and cafés across Astana, including locations under Health Project and Drinkit, plus the cafeteria at Nazarbayev University. My team is 170 people, turning over 1.5 billion tenge annually at 20% profitability.

I studied economics at Nazarbayev University and spent a year at the University of Warwick. I've been training since 2010, competed in bodybuilding, and now I'm preparing for Ironman or Oceanman. Freedom matters to me, that's why I chose entrepreneurship.
