I'm Avesta, a Staff-level Product Designer with 13+ years turning complex, ambiguous systems into clear, scalable experiences. I founded Astera Creative, a design consultancy, and previously led SMB product design at Nextdoor, growing their local business revenue to 30% of a multi-million-dollar stream. Before that, I was one of the first designers on AWS Honeycode. I also coach founders and design leaders through pivotal transitions, drawing on ICF-accredited training from Brown University.
