I handle marketing and compliance at Decibel Advertising, which just merged with Galindo Law. I'm rebuilding operating systems, building case studies, auditing information, and creating new procedures as we integrate the two companies.

I got here through aviation, I worked at an FBO, connected pilots and avionics shops for our CEO, and eventually flew my instructor's plane from my hangar to his office hangar for the interview that led to this role.
