Ashik Mathew Tharakan

I'm Ashik, a UX designer at The GIT Creative Agency and grad student in User Experience at Arizona State University. I design B2B and B2C SaaS products for startups, turning complex systems into intuitive experiences. At Optionlogy I led design for an algorithmic trading tool. At Instruo I built an MVP learning platform for hospitality training. At SuperHire I optimized hiring workflows and internal dashboards. I came from Computer Science but realized I cared more about how systems feel than how they're built. Now I mentor designers, judge hackathons, and serve as an Adobe Campus Ambassador.
