Over the course of my career at Sage, I managed three product lines, overseeing sales, support, customer success, marketing, product direction, and development. That holistic P&L ownership gave me a comprehensive view into what it takes for a tech company to truly excel.
One of my favorite projects at Sage involved developing a year-long growth program for small channel partners, equipping them with the strategies to expand their businesses. I also led the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program across Sage North America.
After Sage, I dove deeper into channel work—initially helping a product expand internationally and integrate with larger solutions. Then, at Blytheco (Sage’s largest partner in the U.S.), I led Marketing and Customer Success while launching Bellwether, a business magazine. I also established sales onboarding programs and coached teams to close million-dollar deals, primarily supporting manufacturers and distributors with ERP, CRM, HR, and marketing software solutions.
Later, I joined Bloomreach, an AI-powered digital commerce platform, where I worked with enterprise brands like Staples, Neiman Marcus, and Gap to maximize sales through strategic use of the technology.
Today, I run my own consulting practice focused on revenue optimization and executive coaching. From funnel creation to sales and customer success, I help businesses craft a winning strategy and execute for growth.
