One question I get a lot is: “How do you make complex systems feel simple?” I tend to work on products that are pretty data-heavy or involve multiple workflows, and people are often curious how I approach simplifying that without losing important functionality. My approach usually starts with reframing the problem—understanding what really matters to the user versus what’s just system complexity. Then I structure the experience so that most users can succeed with a simple default, while still supporting more advanced use cases underneath. I think that balance between simplicity and depth is something I’ve consistently focused on across my work.TABSwipe
