Andy Maurer

I am a former trauma therapist and now the CEO of Pursue Whole and a leadership coach for leaders in business, sports and entertainment. I have spent my life working to understand the unique strengths, shadows, ambitions and pains inside of leaders.

My mission at Pursue Whole is to help leaders and those they love, pursue wholeness in their life, leadership, and relationships. We do this through coaching by integrating the best of the therapy world and the executive coaching world to help our leaders heal their stories and gain vision about who they are, what they want, and where they are headed.

My physical and digital products help inspire and equip leaders to pursue wholeness. We believe that leaders are experts at action but often struggle to gain clarity about who they are, where they are headed, and why it matters. As we help leaders gain clarity in these areas it unlocks their capacity to connect with themselves, connect with others, and connect with their purpose, craft, and calling.

I am a thought leader in the wellness space and have spent my life studying the concept and application of wholeness in the lives of leaders. I believe that wholeness is about deepening our connection and expression of our authentic self, connecting with others in authentic, joyful, and meaningful ways, and living with passion and purpose by using our unique craft to fulfill our calling in this world.
