I’m Andre Haykal Jr., co-founder of Client Ascension and ListKit, and I’ve dedicated the last few years to helping agency owners scale smarter. With Client Ascension, we’ve worked with over 750 entrepreneurs, coaching them on offers, cold email, and operations—growing the program to more than $7 million in revenue and $800K MRR. Out of that came ListKit, our SaaS that delivers verified, personalization-ready leads. What started as our internal playbook hit $1M ARR in just 90 days, and today it fuels thousands of outreach campaigns across industries.
My entrepreneurial journey began in Binghamton, NY. I was flipping sneakers on eBay as a teenager, and by the time I graduated from Binghamton University’s School of Management, I’d already co-founded KnowledgeX, a cold email agency, and launched the Real Talk University podcast. Those early experiences taught me the mantra I still live by: document, automate, delegate.
Inside Client Ascension, I lead weekly ops calls, build automation systems to free up founders’ time, and even host a weekly Bible study—because my Christian faith is the foundation for how I lead. My role is often the integrator—keeping systems tight while my co-founder Daniel Fazio drives sales and vision.
When I’m not building, you’ll find me golfing, traveling, or connecting with our community at masterminds in Tampa, London, and beyond. My core belief is simple: there’s always a way—every bottleneck is just an unbuilt system.
