My greatest joy in life is to unite Families.

Why? Because at the end of our lives, we only leave behind the impact we've made and the relationships we've built.

As a Pakistani American, I had big shoes to fill. My parents left everyone behind to pursue their dream of providing us daughters with a safer life. What they demonstrated along the way has become my mission in life 'building relationships' with intentionality, care and connection. When a role modeling mindset is adopted excellence in character becomes an outcome.

Believe it or not, everyone is watching especially your family members and you get to teach them how to treat you. You're shaping the way you're kids view the world and your spouse will remember how you made them feel. It's our responsibility as family members to work on ourselves for the betterment of the future generation. After all, you're building a legacy, why not do it with intentionality.

You'll often hear me talk about the impact my parents had on shaping my character as a mother, coach and contributor. I've always been fascinated with humans and their stories. What makes them who they are and how can I add value in every interaction make you feel 'human first.' What I've discovered in my journey is, we are more alike then different ❤️‍🔥

To deal with life, in 2008, I launch into X-Mom. Becoming a conscious parent who does her best to accept, understand and love the kiddos as they are. Why? Because parenting is the toughest role out there and I felt like creating an alter-ego would reveal the superhero inside of me and it did. When we are not equipped to deal with family, we feel like failures.

In 2020, I couldn't save my marriage and everything I had stood for dismantled in front of me. I felt broken, misunderstood, unsure which is when I discovered coaching. I wasn't a failure, I just didn't have the mindset to deal with life. I can say with excitement that coaching has been the reason of my success and now it has become the path of serving families for me.

My greatest joy is your healing to build harmony, joy and connection in the home and it all starts with intentionality. As a parent, you are the leader of your family, let's get you to a place where you take-back ownership of life.
