I run Essential Management Ltd, a UK property business covering buy-to-let, HMOs, commercial conversions, and serviced hotels. My highlight so far has been launching our first hotel in 2019, converting commercial buildings into hospitality venues across the Midlands, London, and the South East. I left employment in my early 20s, bought my first London property, and built a portfolio that now includes joint venture partnerships with investors who rely on us for strong returns.
