I'm Alyssa, People Strategy Officer at Portland Museum of Art. I align people strategy with mission, building HR systems that support culture and organizational goals in the nonprofit space.

I've spent my career at Portland Museum of Art, moving from HR Generalist to Director to my current role. Before that, I led HR at Community Action in Aroostook, Washington and Hancock Counties. I'm SPHR certified and care about making HR work for mission-driven organizations.
