I'm Alpcan, CTO at Atölye15, where I've been leading engineering since 2013. I also co-founded Codebie, a software studio based in Berlin. My career started with PHP development, and over time I've grown into building teams and technical foundations that last.
Ask me about engineering leadership, building software studios, and scaling tech teams.
