Allison Bruning

I'm Allison, an author, educator, and artist who runs Crimson Sparrow, where I write historical fiction and guide aspiring writers through the entire publishing process. I also tutor autistic and special needs students, and have taught in classrooms from Bahrain to Myanmar to Laos. My historical speaking work has focused on Shawnee culture and frontier life, bringing underrepresented perspectives to audiences at museums, film festivals, and state parks.
