At 16, I immigrated to New York with big dreams but faced a whirlwind of challenges. By 17, I was enrolled in college, studying Information Technology.

By the age of 27, I had risen to the role of Vice President of IT, honing my analytical and leadership skills.

At 25, I made my first bold move into real estate, purchasing a foreclosure property. After successfully renovating and refinancing it, I realized the immense potential in real estate.

To date, my real estate projects have added over $35 million in sales.

The 2008 financial crisis tested my resilience like never before. Faced with adversity, I pivoted, turning my properties into film locations for production companies.

This adaptability opened doors to even greater opportunities, including developing a boutique hotel and restaurant, doing land entitlements, and renovating houses in Florida.

In 2019, I discovered the true power of passive investment vehicles—not just in multifamily real estate but also in real estate lending. Through passive investing, I learned that you can 10X your wealth by carefully selecting the right projects and partnering with the best operators in the industry
