I'm Ali, Chief Transformation Officer at Qualtrics, where I lead the $1B AI-first Transformation business. I've spent two decades finding categories that don't exist yet, building them, and scaling them until they become how entire industries operate.

Before Qualtrics I led customer engineering for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, and before that worked in Enterprise Content Management. I also built the Qualtrics Partner Network from scratch.
