About
🍃 There is a certain kind of person who tends to find me.
You feel things deeply and think about them just as deeply. You have spent years trying to understand yourself, and some part of you senses that what you carry began long before now.
🌙 You might be here because something keeps repeating and will not explain itself, or because your life looks fine from the outside and has not felt that way in a while. This may be your first time reaching for support, or you may have done years of work already and still feel there is a room further in. Where you are coming from matters less than what you are reaching for, and that is usually the same. To stop living out of old patterns. To feel calm, clear and honest inside your own life again.
🌿 Since 2013 I have worked with anxiety, depression, burnout, and overwhelm that has run quietly for years. My Master's-level training in Counselling Psychology gave me the map, but it was never the whole of it, because so much of what shapes us was never stored in words. It lives lower down, in the body and the subconscious. Hypnotherapy and subconscious work reach that layer directly. Mindfulness and somatic work bring the body back in. And intuition tells me when to move and when to wait, which is the part no training can hand you.
🕯️ You may have known therapy that stayed in your head, coaching that skipped your heart, or spiritual work that floated above your body. You should not have to choose which part of yourself to bring. Here, mind, heart, body and soul are met together, because they were never separate in you to begin with.
Held without being rushed. Seen without being analyzed.
What you are living with now was protection once. It worked. And then it stayed.
🤍 Ask me anything you are sitting with. Sadness with no reason attached. Worry humming underneath even the good days. A tiredness that sleep does not reach.
Whatever you have not said out loud, because it sounded too small or far too much, you can say here.
