I grew up in the mountains of Calabria, where stillness wasn't optional, it shaped everything I do now. I coach elite athletes, founders, and C-suite leaders on presence, mental clarity, and getting out of their own way. Over 8 years on tour, I've worked with Olympic medalists, Grand Slam champions, and the coaches of Steffi Graf and Shang Juncheng. My work happens between the ears: clearing the unconscious blocks that keep high performers from their next level.
