I’m Alenka Fric, founder of By Firefly.

I help solo experts, coaches, therapists, creators and service-based business owners turn their knowledge into clear offers, simple client paths and online systems that make sense to real people.

My work combines offer clarity, landing pages, funnels, content direction, digital products, online courses and practical tech setup.

I also offer DWY and DFY Business in a Box support for people who do not want to build everything alone. That can include clarifying the offer, shaping the client journey, creating the page or funnel structure, organizing the digital product or course idea and setting up the key pieces of the online business.

My background is not just online business. I come from hospitality, tourism, operations, apartment management, security and real-world service work, so I look at business from both sides: the human experience and the system behind it.
