I'm Aleks, VP of Engineering at The Mind Company. I build engineering teams and systems that scale, and I advise early-stage startups on technical strategy and product development.

I studied Computer Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and have spent my career turning technical challenges into working systems. I currently advise The Circuit App, Lubbu, Keepabl, and PillarBiome on engineering and growth.
