I approach Developer/Builder Relations as an operational discipline. The programs that survive budget reviews aren't just the ones creating real value, they're the ones that can prove it. I build both: the relationships that make ecosystems work and the attribution systems that keep them funded. What that looks like in practice: - Built reporting infrastructure that surfaced MRR attribution to developer content at a granular level connecting content engagement to revenue impact for the first time and giving leadership visibility into a relationship that was previously invisible. - Led the full rebuild of developers.hubspot.com in under 4 months. New React codebase, theme, and design system. Transformed the site into an activation surface for HubSpot's builder community. Currently manage the non-docs platform experience and content architecture. - Selected by C-suite leadership to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including tooling evaluation, procurement, and cross-org enablement/setup. - Produced Developers After Dark (40+ episodes), a podcast telling the developer's story through fun, informational, and thought-provoking conversation. Co-hosted before assuming the producer role in 2026.
