I’m Adriana, co-founder and CEO of Wortya, a company focused on organizational intelligence and human–AI governance. Wortya explores how intelligence — human and artificial — can be structured, orchestrated, and governed inside modern organizations to support better decision-making and adaptability.

I’m a technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational systems, and digital innovation. Throughout my career, I have founded and led companies operating in different phases of the digital economy, building and scaling technology-driven businesses for global enterprises.

Today, my work is centered on advancing responsible, human-centered approaches to artificial intelligence and organizational design.

I am a member of ESOMAR’s AI Task Force and an MIT xPRO award recipient in AI product design.
