I'm Adam, Founder and CEO of Elevest Capital, a private equity multifamily real estate investment firm. I started investing in real estate in 2004 and originally built a portfolio of single-family homes, but after 252 deals I hit a ceiling. That pushed me into apartment syndications where true passive income is generated and overall wealth compounds without the grind of building a real estate portfolio one door at a time.

I also co-founded MORE, Maximizing Opportunities in Real Estate, with Justin Colby to build a the most valuable community of real estate investors on the planet. We run The MORE Show podcast, MORE live events, and the MORE Club, an exclusive membership based club for deal access and investor education.
