I'm Adam, founder and CEO of Elevest Capital, a private equity firm focused on passive multifamily investing in Phoenix, Dallas, and the Carolinas. I started in real estate in 2004 flipping single-family homes, but after 252 deals I hit a ceiling. That pushed me into apartment syndications where capital compounds without the grind.

I co-founded M.O.R.E. with Justin Colby to build a community for investors who want ownership over effort. We run The M.O.R.E. Show podcast, live events, and a membership club for deal access and investor education.
