I'm Aaron, CEO of Leaders Rising Network, author of The New Generation Leader, and co-author of Rising: How Leaders Help Organizations Thrive. Our agency is dedicated to creating bigger futures and building thriving cultures by developing leaders worth following.

I also host the New Generation Leader Podcast and teach as adjunct faculty at Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. In addition, I serve as lead coach at B-SPOKE, LLC. My background includes sociology and divinity studies, with experience in preaching, teaching, leadership, and community outreach.
