Shagility - Information Product Canvas Coach

Heya, I'm Shane Gibson, in the virtual world I go by Shagility. I created the Information Product Canvas, a practical pattern template designed to help data teams gather and define data requirements more effectively. With 3 decades working across the agile, product and data domains, I developed the canvas template over a decade ago to bridge the common gap between stakeholders who need answers to their burning business questions and data teams who deliver the Information Products that answer those questions. The Information Product Canvas is built on my belief that the best patterns come from collaboration using a shared language. As part of my work coaching data and analytics teams on how to adopt new Agile Data Ways of Working, I have iterated the Information Product pattern and the Information Product Canvas pattern template with multiple teams, in multiple organisations and across multiple industries.
