Rebecca Martin

I'm Rebecca, Senior Research Fellow at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I use AI and machine learning to analyze millions of consumer complaints.

Before this I was Research Director at the Annenberg School at Penn and a postdoctoral researcher at NYU. I have a PhD in psychology and cognitive neuroscience from Columbia and an M.Ed. from Harvard. Before research, I was a high school history teacher — and before that, a synchronized swimming coach and SNL intern.
