I'm a real estate developer and investor with a track record of building and scaling ventures across the U.S., Middle East, and East Africa. After years of success in U.S. wholesaling and investment, I expanded into international development, currently leading large-scale residential and luxury beachfront projects in Zanzibar under Paddco Ltd and Paddco Construction Ltd. Beyond real estate, I operate multiple businesses spanning Dubai, China, and the U.S., including product manufacturing, distribution, and media production. I’m deeply focused on innovation, system building, and solving real-world infrastructure problems, whether that’s improving supply chains across Africa or introducing technology to streamline property transactions.
