I’ve started, scaled, and sold companies, built strong teams, and transformed undervalued businesses into profitable, purpose-driven enterprises.

Current Focus Today, my work centers on two main areas: • Expedited Roofing Service Group: Driving acquisition of mid sized roofing, blue collar and skilled trades companies with the objective of scaling them and increasing value. I work with legacy-driven company founders and owners and help them exit smoothly, with cash and clarity. • Execution Coaching: Helping founders and leaders bridge the gap between ideas and execution through clarity, discipline, and action. I help owners and founders who would like to scale their businesses for acquisition, but don’t have the teams or knowledge.
My Approach I’m known for spotting potential—in people, ideas, and overlooked opportunities. I think years ahead and turn vision into reality. I quickly identify talent and align people with the right roles. I communicate clearly and thrive on big, challenging ideas.
