With over 15 years of experience in design, spanning individual contributor, people manager, and leadership roles, I specialize in helping businesses define and realize their visions through design. As a "T-shaped" professional, I bring a blend of deep design expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking. My focus is on leveraging technology to handle tasks it's best suited for, freeing people to focus on what they excel at. I strive for a world where thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful design disappears into seamless experiences, enabling people to achieve their goals without friction. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in problem-solving, rapid iteration, and motivating teams toward excellence. My background includes 7 years at Google, where I led design for consumer productivity tools like Google Docs, 3 years at Kickstarter as VP of Design and Product, 2 years at Stripe leading consumer-facing products, and currently at Maven Clinic, where we use technology to drive the best clinical outcomes. I’m now focused on scaling my knowledge and influence to help others achieve greater impact, and advancing my thought leadership in the design community. I grew up in New Orleans, lived in Costa Rica, went to college in Philadelphia, and now call New York City home. I speak English and Spanish.
