I'm an executive-in-residence at Balderton Capital, independent consultant, and the author of Kellblog, where I write about enterprise software with a focus on strategy, go-to-market, sales, finance, metrics, planning, and of course marketing.

I've spent decades working in software companies: CEO at Planful, GM of Service Cloud at Salesforce, CEO at MarkLogic, and CMO at BusinessObjects from $30M to $1B. Today I sit on boards across Europe and the US, from AI accounting to skills-based workforce platforms.
