Chrissy Myers is a dynamic entrepreneur, author, and community leader who serves as the CEO of ClarityHR and AUI, two organizations dedicated to helping businesses simplify HR and employee benefits through practical, personalized consulting. With over 20 years of experience, Chrissy leads with a unique blend of strategic insight and heart-centered leadership, supporting small and mid-sized businesses in building scalable, compliant, and people-first workplaces. She is the author of Reluctantly Resilient, a book that explores leading through adversity with transparency and strength, and the co-host of two business-focused podcasts: Better Business for Small Business Leaders and The Business Fix. Chrissy is also the creator of the Resilience Operating System™, a coaching and course platform designed to help business owners lead with courage and clarity through disruption and growth.
